Refund Policy

In the service that you are not utilized other than visa, we will provide you refund after deducting our charges or lose.


Once we have established the possible refund you are entitled to, we will request it with the airline or hotel on your behalf. For flight bookings the refund will be made by the airline as per the airline rule directly to the account, where the booking was originally paid with. This can take 6 to 8 weeks depending on the airline.


In terms of ticket If you cancel your booking, you may be entitled to a partial refund. In addition to the cancellation terms and conditions of your Supplier(s), our standard fees will apply as may be outlined on your receipt or booking confirmation.


If you want to cancel or change your booking our service fee charged at the time of booking will not be refundable.


Refund is not applicable under the circumstances

  • If visa gets rejected by the immigration.
  • Any major mistake happened from customer side.
  • Any violation of terms and condition or any other policies by A J S Tourism L.L.C
  • If user asks for the utilized or partially utilized service.
  • Not applicable as it is not informed in a particular time period.
