Welcome to the ajstourism.com website (the "Website").This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of travel-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with travel suppliers, and for no other purposes.

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement” or “Contract") describe what you are legally entitled to expect from us when you purchase travel related services through us, in addition to your obligations as a customer. A J S Tourism reserves the right to change these Terms of Use at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the site. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms of Use. If you violate these Terms of Use, A J S Tourism may terminate your use of the site, bar you from future use of the site, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

Booking via our website

• You agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions that are applicable to your booking, travel arrangements or use of any website content. You agree on behalf of yourself and those you represent to comply with all such terms and conditions, including the payment of all amounts when due.
• You agree that, under no circumstances, any compensation paid by us cannot exceed the purchase price of your ticket after deducting the amount corresponding to the service fee.
• You agree that for any problem you face regarding your booking at the time you are at the airport, before taking any action, you are under the obligation to firstly contact us for assistance. Any solution provided by us must be followed and any deviations from it are only allowed after our explicit permission.
• You agree that any violation of any such terms and conditions may result in (a) the cancellation of your reservation or purchase, (b) your forfeiture of any money paid for your reservation or purchase, (c) you being denied access to the applicable travel related product or service, and (d) our right to debit your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
• You are responsible for informing such other persons of all terms and conditions applicable to their travel arrangements. You understand that you are financially responsible for any use of our services or website by you and those using your name or account.
• You are responsible for your activities on the Website (financially or otherwise), including the possible use of your user name and password.
• A J S Tourism will sponsor the visitor application subject to visitor fulfilling the eligibility conditions. Visa fees are non-refundable and the applicant/visitor will not make any claims to refund the same for any reason whatsoever. The visa fee includes the credit card charges. Visitors must hold valid travel documents and comply with the requirements of the government of UAE/immigration authorities.
• In case of rejection of visa application, the applicant will be informed of the same and no correspondence will be entertained. As advised above, visa fees will not be refunded and no reasons will be required to be given.

It is understood that whenever the processing of the visa application is prevented, delayed, restricted or interfered with for any reasons whatsoever by UAE Immigration authorities to process visitor application, then A J S Tourism will not be liable to any loss or damage which may be suffered as result of such causes. Issuance of a visa or Approval of the visa application does not in any way guarantee the visitor right to enter U.A.E. The entry is at the sole discretion of the Immigration officer at the airport. In case of denial of visa or entry into U.A.E by the Government, A J S Tourism will in no way be liable to the visitor/guest in any manner whatsoever. A J S Tourism will not be liable for any losses or damages which the visitor may suffer arising from delay in processing or receiving the visa.

The visa is valid as per the government of U.A.E/issuing authorities’ rules and regulations as amended from time to time. The visa must be availed within its period of validity. A J S Tourism will not be liable to a visitor for any changes or cancellations to government regulations that should result in a visitor not being able to travel to or enter the U.A.E.

A J S Tourism will take all reasonable measures to ensure that the information provided by the guarantor/visitor in its application form will remain confidential. However, A J S Tourism will not be liable for any unauthorized access by any means to that information. Guarantee deposit amount should be collected any time within one year from the date of deposit. Upon expiry of the above said duration, the security deposit will not be refunded to the guarantor.

If any crime takes place during the visit of the traveler sponsored by us they will be dealt by the UAE police department. In case if they are imprisoned or if the immigration system shows an overstay the guarantor shall be solely responsible for the penalties and liabilities. The agency has full authority to take necessary action against the guarantor.
A J S Tourism reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at its discretion and without notice.

Booking Price

Prices are confirmed at the final step of the booking path at the point when you click "Buy now", "Make the reservation" or similar, depending on product purchased.

Service fee

• By using our Website to book products and/or services, you authorize us to act as your representative during the process of booking of products and/or services from the selected Travel Supplier and to make the payment for such products or services in your name and on your behalf, as required. Accordingly, we shall charge you with a service fee, depending upon which product you book. Any fee charged will be displayed before you confirm your booking.

Booking confirmation

• After you complete your booking, you will receive a confirmation email with a booking number. This is the moment that your contract in relation to the products and services ordered will come into existence. This confirmation email will provide all the details of your booking. Next, we will check that your booking has been correctly entered in the airline's or Travel Supplier’s booking system and that your payment can be correctly processed.
• For flight booking, our obligation to issue the ticket will be subject to your payment having been received in cleared funds.

Change and cancellation policy

You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase, which will determine the change and cancellation policy applicable to your purchase, including, but not limited to penalties which may apply. Additionally, you agree that:

• If a change or cancellation policy relevant to your request is not provided in the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase, your purchase can not be changed and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If a cancellation policy relevant to your request in the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase does not explicitly state a refundable amount or how it may be calculated, your purchase is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
• If the change or cancellation policies relevant to your request in the terms and conditions imposed at the time of your purchase do not specify the price of partly utilized services, they will be calculated based on the price of the utilized services alone at the time of your request and not pro-rata. Requests for permitted changes and cancellations will be processed within 2 working days after all payments required to process the request are settled. In the event of a cancellation, any payments to be refunded after the deduction of payments required to process the cancellation will be credited to the same payment card or account which was used to make the original purchase within 15 working days thereafter. Some payment cards and accounts may take up to an additional 30 days thereafter to display the credited amount

Payment policy

We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED. You warrant that you are the cardholder for all online payments made using credit/debit cards, and that your identification (“Cardholder ID”) exactly matches that of the credit/debit card used to make your purchase. You further agree to promptly provide proof of such matching Cardholder ID upon request at any time within six months of your purchase. You understand that any violation of this policy may result in cancellation of your reservation(s), in your being denied access to the applicable travel products or services, in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s), and/or in our debiting your account for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.

Airline flight tickets

You agree to the standard air travel rules for all full service airline flights and to the conditions of carriage for all your flights, which are available upon request. You acknowledge that your flight tickets do not include amenities, baggage allowances, baggage fees, beverages, meals, or fees which must be paid directly at an airport, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Copyright Policy

A J S Tourism may terminate the privileges of any user who uses this site to unlawfully transmit copyrighted material without a license, express consent, valid defense or fair use exemption to do so. If you submit information on this site, you warrant that the information does not infringe the copyrights or other rights of third parties.
